This Master Subscription Agreement (the “MSA”) is entered into by and between the Customer identified in the Sales Order that is purchasing the Adastra Services (“Customer”), and ADASTRA, s.r.o., ADASTRA, s.r.o., registered office: Mýtna 48, 811 07 Bratislava, Slovakia, ID No.: 35 874 244 (“Adastra”), and is effective as of the date Customer signs the applicable Sales Order or first accesses the Adastra, whichever comes first (the “Effective Date”). Adastra and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. This MSA and applicable (together, the “Agreement”).
