As the legal owner, or as the owner's agent of the above property. I hereby authorize the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department and/or the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department to act as my agent to arrest, remove, or advise any person present on the property without lawful business, and/or permission to be present on the premises. It is also understood that the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department and/or San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department will act as my agent in my absence and/or "after closing hours" in these matters.
