THIS Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”), and Forney Marketplace, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Developer”), effective as of the date the authorized representative for the City countersigns this Agreement (“Effective Date”).
