Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and [Bidder Name], having its principal place of business at [Bidder’s Principal Place of Business Address] (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
