Johnny JRAMA (JRAMA BEATS), the licensor ("Seller"), in exchange for a payment of $75.00 USD and in accordance with the terms stated in this “Agreement”, grants the licensee (“Buyer”), rights as defined below in the copyrighted musical composition in question, the Instrumental (“Beat”) commencing on the date of purchase and ending once terms are met.
