This Economic Development Grant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the City of San Antonio, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR"), acting by and through its City Manager or his designee, and DeLorean Motor Company, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE"). In this Agreement, GRANTOR and GRANTEE may together be referred to as the "Parties".
