This Software Licence and Hosted Services Agreement is made and entered into as of the date indicated on the Order Form, as defined below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Kinduct Technologies Inc. (“Kinduct”), a body corporate constituted under the laws of the province of Nova Scotia with a head office located at 1201 – 1969 Upper Water Street, Purdy’s Wharf Tower Two, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3R7 and the client, as named in the Order Form (the “Client”, and together with Kinduct, the “Parties” and each, individually, a “Party”).
