AND SALE AREA: All delivered forest products, except, leave trees banded with blue paint or bounded out by Yellow Leave Tree Area tags, bounded by the following: Timber sale boundary tags and State reprod in Unit 1; Timber Sale boundary tags, the PA-I-3000 and the PA-I-3050 road in Unit 2; Timber sale boundary tags, the PA-I-3000 and the PA-I-3040 road in Unit 3; Timber Sale boundary tags in Unit 4; Timber Sale boundary tags, an orange painted blaze line, and the PA-I-3010 road in Unit 5; All timber bounded by Right-of–Way Boundary tags on the PA-I-3030 and PA-I-3000 TIE roads. In no instance shall downed red cedar or any timber that has been on the ground for 5 years or more (five years is defined by more than1.5 inches of sap rot) be removed, meeting the specifications described below; on parts of Section 22, 25, 26, and 27 all in Township 31 North, Range 8 West W.M., containing 230 acres, more or less.
