The Company and Union Clerical Agreement, Section 17.6, was amended June 1,2003 to increase the ratio of part- time to full-time clerical from 16.5% to 20% of the full-time clerical complement at any given time. In addition, language was added to state that the number of part-time clerical bargaining unit employees cannot exceed the number of full-time clerical bargaining unit employees in anyone headquarters.
