THIS DUAL ENROLLMENT ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), between the University of Florida Board of Trustees (the “University”, or “UF”), a public body corporate of the state of Florida, and School Board of Sarasota County, Florida (the "School Board”, or the “District"), is entered into on this 14th day of February, 2018, for the purpose of enhancing learning opportunities for qualified high school students who are attending public high schools in Sarasota County through the Dual Enrollment program, as encouraged by Section 1007.22 and 1007.271 of the Florida Statutes.
