This Interlocal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), and the Florence Volunteer Fire Department (“FVFD”) on its own behalf and acting by and through Williamson County Emergency Service District No. 7 (hereinafter referred to as “ESD No. 7”). ESD No. 7, FVFD and County are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
