This Contract is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the Beaver Island Community School District (hereinafter "Board") and John Wilfred Cwikiel (hereinafter "Administrator"). The Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the 24th day of June, 2019, hereby employs John Wilfred Cwikiel for a 3-year period commencing on July 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022. The contract is a 3-year rolling contract, contingent upon effective or highly effective annual evaluations, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
