These General Terms and Conditions shall apply when the parties – the purchaser (“Purchaser”) and the supplier (“Supplier”) – have agreed in writing or have otherwise entered into an agreement according to which the General Terms and Conditions shall apply. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing to become effective. Thus, the Purchaser’s delivery terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing to become effective.
