This PRODUCT LICENCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kavi Global, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Kavi”), and you (either on behalf of yourself as an individual or on behalf of an entity as its authorized representative) (“Customer”).
