In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the “Seller” of the Products means Jacobs Vehicle Systems, Inc. The term “Buyer” means the party who purchases or agrees to purchase Seller “Products” or acquire engineering services from Seller (“Services”). Seller and Buyer may also be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.” The term “Contract” means the written contract concluded between Seller and the Buyer (including such written specifications, quotations, drawings, development agreements, and other documents as may be expressly incorporated into it by reference) and incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
