This Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (this “Agreement”) is entered into for reference purposes as of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Healdsburg, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and Replay Healdsburg, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”).
