This Letter Agreement (“Letter Agreement”) is entered into in connection with that certain Custody Services Agreement dated as of August, 2002 (the “Custody Agreement”), pursuant to which Fifth Third Bank (“Custodian”) agreed to provide “Services” to Fresno County Employees' Retirement Association (“FCERA”) as more particularly described therein, as amended and supplemented by this Letter Agreement. In consideration of FCERA’s agreement to extend the contractual period set forth in the Custody Agreement for two additional one-year periods in accordance with the terms of this Letter Agreement, Custodian hereby agrees to the following:
