This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement – ACC San Gabriel Campus Infrastructure Cost Participation (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Leander, Texas a Texas home rule municipality (the “City” or “Leander”) and Austin Community College, a junior college district created and operated pursuant to Chapter 130 of the Texas Education Code, as amended (“ACC”), to be effective on (the “Effective Date”) hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
