This FIRST AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into effective as of February 27, 2024 (the “First Amendment Effective Date”) by and among the City of Chula Vista, a chartered municipal corporation (“City”) and RIDA Chula Vista, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”) (collectively, the “Parties and, individually, a “Party”), with reference to the following facts:
