Trust Agreement This Trust Agreement dated, shall be known as Trust Number , FURTHERMORE, it is hereby agreed to by the parties that: ITASCA BANK & TRUST CO., a corporation of Illinois, as trustee hereunder, is about to take legal and equitable title to the following described real estate in County, Illinois: otherwise known as P.I.N. When the trustee has taken title to the real estate or has accepted in writing title to any other conveyed to it as trustee hereunder, the trustee will hold it for the uses and purposes and on the trusts herein stated. Any other property conveyed to the trustee without written acceptance by the trustee shall not be subjected to this agreement.
