This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) describes the agreement between the Cambridgeshire MAC Partnership, the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Cabinet Office Government Property Unit (GPU), with regard to Cambridgeshire County Council as the lead authority for the Cambridgeshire MAC Partnership receiving a grant of £186,000 under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003. This grant is made towards the Cambridgeshire MAC Partnership’s One Public Estate (OPE) Phase 5 programme.
