For the purposes of clarification, these Terms and Conditions, together with the Acceptance Form and Parent Agreement (refer to page 8) made between the parents and Dallington School Limited, give rise to a legally binding contract for education services to be provided by Dallington School and should be construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Therefore it is of the utmost importance that they are carefully read and understood. Should any clarification be required, please do not hesitate to contact the School Bursar.
