Unless duly licensed by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), the Partner is not permitted to install and maintain the equipment referred to in this Agreement. In the event of the Partner not being so licensed, the installation and maintenance of the equipment sold by the Partner will be undertaken by the Company or its authorized agent.
