The parties have agreed that the AUTHOR'S work/works and recording(s) herein specified become part of the "Recorded Music Library" of PUBLISHER upon conclusion of the contract, that is principally for (but not limited to) the purpose of advertising of all kinds and film illustrations of all kinds. Insofar, PUBLISHER is explicitly entitled but not obliged to use the work/works and recording(s) covered hereby in accordance with the provisions herein for advertising purposes of all kind and for use in all audio-visual media and audio-visual carriers of all kind (so-called film synchronization rights) and/or otherwise in edited or original version, partially or entirely.
