This Dedoco Business Agreement (“Plan”) consists of the commercial terms (“Commercial Terms”) made available to you (“Partner”) by Dedoco Pte. Ltd. (“Dedoco”) (Dedoco and Partner, collectively referred to as “parties”, and each a “party”) as well as the General Terms and Conditions as set out below. The Plan sets out the conditions under which Dedoco will extend a special pricing and margin scheme for the Partner’s subscriptions on the Dedoco Platform. By signing and/or returning the Commercial Terms to Dedoco, you confirm that you agree to be bound to the General Terms and Conditions of this Plan as set out below.
