(the “Charter Holder”) for the purpose of operating Rolling Hills Public Charter School (the “School”), an independent public school organized as an Idaho nonprofit corporation and established under the Public Charter Schools Act of 1998, Idaho Code section 33-5201 et seq., as amended (the “Charter Schools Act”).
