We, NewMetrica Limited, a company registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC463995) (“NewMetrica”) and having our registered office at 19 Woodside Place, Glasgow G3 7QL are allowing you to access the Health Related Quality of Life Tool (“the HRQL Tool”) and by accessing the HRQL Tool you (“Licensee”) are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the relationship of NewMetrica with you in relation to the use of the HRQL Tool. These terms and conditions of use shall apply to your use of the HRQL Tool and excludes all other terms and conditions including any terms and conditions which you may seek to apply under any purchase order, order confirmation or similar document. If you disagree with any part of these standard terms and conditions, you must not use the HRQL Tool and use of the Instrument shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms and conditio
