THIS SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 12th day of December 2022, between Penn-Delco School District with its physical location at 2821 Concord Road Aston, PA 19014 (Client”) and AB Staffing Solutions, LLC an Arizona limited liability company, with its principal office located at 3451 S. Mercy Road, Suite 102, Gilbert, Arizona 85297 (“ABSS”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
