THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of February 26, 2013, between the City of Tolleson, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”) and Southwest Ambulance of Casa Grande, Inc., d/b/a Southwest Ambulance and Rescue of Arizona, Inc., an Arizona corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rural/Metro Corporation (the “Contractor”).
