CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”), on the one hand, and Blue Star Clothing Co., Inc. (“BSC”) and Silver One International, Inc. (“Silver”, and together with BSC, collectively referred to as the “Settling Parties” and each a “Settling Party”), on the other hand, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed by all Parties (“Effective Date”). CCPG, BSC and Silver are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
