This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of allowing the partner to access NASA capabilities for materials, fluids, and component testing and analysis, and also technical expertise in the areas of engineering analysis and testing, training, human health and performance, non-NASA mission formulation, flight operations, and related support in the development of commercial space and destination systems.
