Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein are defined in the Trust Indenture, as amended, dated as of June 1, 1992, between the Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the “Trustee”), as supplemented by a Sixteenth Supplemental Trust Indenture (the “Sixteenth Supplemental Trust Indenture”) dated and effective as of March 1, 2013 between the Issuer and the Trustee. The Indenture and the Sixteenth Supplemental Trust Indenture are together referred to herein as the “Indenture.”
