This is Stater Wallet/Account Agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “Client” or “you”) and Stater PTE Limited, a company registered in Singapore (No. 202240772C) (“Stater”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”) (Stater together with you, the “Parties” and each a “Party”). The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the Account and the Services (each as defined below) provided on the Stater Platform. By clicking “I agree” (or other phrases of the equivalent meaning), you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and thereby agree to accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, Stater Privacy Policy (as defined below) and Stater Terms of Service (as defined below).
