This agreement details the roles and responsibilities assumed on the part of a school site with respect to School Garden Projects. A school garden project is defined as any additions or alterations of any kind made to the existing grounds on the part of the localized school administration. Additions consists of, but are not limited to, raised gardening beds; planting trees, shrubs, or plants of any kind; and constructing or placing seating areas within the garden. Alterations consists of, but are not limited to, removal of existing grass, plants, or trees and changes to existing irrigation (capping or tapping into).
