This License Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into on , 20 by and between the Ukiah Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“UVBGSA”), a body corporate and politic, organized and existing under, and by virtue of, the laws of the State of California and a political subdivision of the State of California, the State of California Department of Water Resources (“DWR”), and the City of Ukiah (“City”). Hereinafter, UVBGSA and DWR are collectively called the “Licensee” and the City is called the “Licensor.”
