HOSTING AGREEMENTHosting Agreement • May 13th, 2022
This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the “Hosting Agreement Effective Date” listed in Table A, by and between Ready Computing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10790264, whose registered office address is at Moulsham Mill, Suite M2.02, Parkway, Chelmsford CM2 7PX (“Company”) and the client listed above (“Client”), and is issued under, subject to all the terms and conditions of, and hereby incorporated by reference into and made a part of the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”). The MSA shall remain in full force and effect, except that it shall be supplemented as set forth in this Hosting Agreement. Any capitalized terms that are not defined in this Hosting Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the MSA. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between this Hosting Agreement and the Master Agreement, the provisions of this Hosting Agreement shall control but only with respect to the services performed under this Hosting A
