This Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Grant Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into as of this 13th day of December, 2023, by and between the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust, an instrumentality of the State of Maryland, hereinafter referred to as "MAHT", and City of Frederick, Department of Housing and Human Services, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
