This Comprehensive Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, (“City”) and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, a joint exercise of powers agency (“JPB”) (collectively, the “Parties”) is entered into as of this day of 201 (the “Effective Date”), each of which is referred to herein individually as “Party” and jointly as “Parties.”
