BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Since July 2017, MV Transportation, Inc. (MV) has been maintaining the camera system and Dilax Automated Passenger Counters (APCs) on the BREEZE, LIFT, and FLEX vehicles. MV currently performs baseline maintenance services as part of its management of NCTD’s fleet and related systems.
