Diablo Unified School District, a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“District”) and Flex Public Schools, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that operates Mt. Diablo Flex Charter School (“Charter School”). The District and the Charter School are collectively referred to herein as “the parties.”
