This agreement is a private agreement and a contract agreement between the parties herein listed above. Like any contract there are primarily six contract factors involved: 1) Offer, 2) Acceptance, 3) Consideration, 4) Terms or length of the contract, 5) meeting of the minds and 6) a Bona Fide signature demonstrating acceptance. A written contract is intended to communicate the offer, demonstrate the acceptance via the signature and prove consideration was given by both sides to demonstrate and make this a binding bi-lateral contract whereby both parties fully understand to what they are agreeing. However certain areas require a clear understanding so that the CONSUMER will understand what not to say to the public. That CONSUMER understands that BJ’s Cow Boarding will not do business with the “public” as defined by Ballantine’s’ Law Dictionary.
