Waiver. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the RAPC Random Doubles Pickleball Scramble Tournament (“the Tournament”), I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue [RAPC Racine Area Pickleball Club or the Mount Pleasant Campus Park Pickleball Facility where the tournament is being held and all affiliates associated with this event ], its/their officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from my participation in the Tournament. This waiver also releases from all liabilities the Village of Mount Pleasant and all those associated with the RAPC.
