This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is hereby entered by and between Viisights Solutions Ltd. and its Affiliates (“Viisights” or “Company”) and the Customer identified in the agreement executed between the parties (“Customer” or “you”), for the purpose of using the Services, as defined under the Agreement (“Terms”).
