These Annual Site License Agreement terms and conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and FileMaker, Inc. and/or FileMaker International (collectively referred to as “FMI”) after FMI processes your initial order and FMI sends you written confirmation. Licensee confirms that it accepts all the terms and conditions and specifically understands the legal requirements regarding future renewal or de-installation of the software.
