This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions according to which Northwest Natural Gas Company (“Owner”) agrees to provide and [Non-Binding Example] (“Customer”) agrees to purchase firm Storage Service pursuant to the certificate issued to Owner by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) under Section 284.224 of FERC’s rules and regulations.
