THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2007, with an Effective Date of July 1, 2006 by and between the SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (referred to herein as the "BOARD"), and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, (the City of Clearwater referred to herein as “CLEARWATER P.D.”), is for the continuation of a School Resource Officer (referred to as "SRO") Program in the public school system of Pinellas County.
