Date of Appendix: Date of Master Agreement:October 13th, 2021
THIS COURIER SERVICES APPENDIX (hereinafter, this "Appendix") is incorporated by reference into the Business & Government Services Master Agreement (the "Master Agreement") by and between ANDROSCOGGIN BANK ("Bank") and the Customer identified above. This Appendix governs Customer's use of a courier service provided by Bank for the purpose of receiving and transporting (each, a "Transport") Customer's deposit account transactions with Bank (the "Courier Services"). All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings given to them in the parties' Master Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Appendix, to the extent that this Appendix is inconsistent with the provisions of the Master Agreement, this Appendix and any amendment hereto from time to time shall control, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict.
