On 26rd October 2017, MFGT publicly announced an open auction for every system user under the title of “Capacity Auction No. 2017/VIII.” to book long term available storage capacities via open auction (hereinafter referred to as Auction), in a variable number of bundles, which the system user may modify from the beginning of third storage year under the conditions herein specified. During the auction a successful bid was submitted by the System User. MFGT accepted the System User’s bid. The bid constitutes Annex 4 to this Contract. Based on the Bid, Parties shall conclude the following contract on booking for the storage years 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022.

During the auction a successful bid was submitted by the System User. MFGT accepted the System User’s bid. The bid constitutes Annex 4 to this Contract. Based on the Bid, Parties shall conclude the following contract on booking for the storage years 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.
