The Contractor agrees to abide by the following certifications submitted with its bid/proposal: "Certification of Contractor Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters"; "Certification of Contractor Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transaction"; and corresponding certifications for subcontractors. The Contractor also agrees to (i) confirm whether a prospective participant in a lower tier covered transaction is debarred or suspended by checking the exclusion records maintained by the U.S. General Service Administration at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/searchRecords/search.jsf; and (ii) pass on the same requirement to prospective lower tier participants.
