This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Global Tel*Link Corporation (“Company”) on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and Affiliates (as defined in the attached Terms and Conditions), and the Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen, on behalf of Allen County Community Corrections, with an address of 7117 Venture Lane, Fort Wayne, IN 46818 (the “Premises Provider”) (Company and Premises Provider collectively, the “Parties” and each a “Party”). This Agreement is binding upon execution of the named Parties as of the last date signed by the Parties (“Effective Date”).
